In Pre-Patch, what’s new?
Balance Druid has had a very significant overhaul:
Empowerments are out and there’s an Eclipse.
Mastery: Total Eclipse is the latest result of our mastery.
Celestial Alignment and Incarnation: to give all sides of Eclipse as their active damage advantage, Incarnation: Chosen of Elune ones have been altered. Notable abilities include: Starsurge, Starfall, New Moon, Fury of Elune, and Shooting Stars that “double dip” on both sides of the eclipse because they are Astral Damage (a combination of arcane and nature).
Celestial Alignment and Incarnation: Chosen of Elune are now now off GCD and do not offer 30 Astral Strength after pressing anymore.
Shooting Stars is now now baseline at the 1 / SQRT(N) formula, meaning that on certain proc chance goals, you get declining returns.
Starsurge has been limited to 30 Astral Strength, and each Starsurge you cast during the Eclipse makes more bonus damage to your Eclipse.
Starfall Hurts now, so you can’t get more than one involved user at a time.
The baseline now is Stampeding Roar, T Typhoon, and Cyclone . The Heart of the Wild has substituted the talent that once stood for the typhoon.
Wrath to 6 Astral Power, Starfire to 8 Astral Power, and Nature’s Balance to 1 Astral Power per 2 seconds: Lower Astral Power around the board.
Miscellaneous Talent Changes: Soul of the Forest now improves filler powers, while Stellar Drift increases the length of Starfall by 2 seconds in Eclipse, and Fury of Elune now inflicts decreased harm on secondary goals.
New results come from the Affinity row: Restoration Affinity comes with the Ursol’s Vortex, Guardian Affinity comes with Incapacitating Roar, and Feral Affinity comes with Maim Affinity.
Basic Information
Troll, Zandalari Troll, Tauren, and Highmountain Tauren can be picked from: Horde
For Horde, because of their successful Berserking species, Troll can continue to be the strongest harm race. Thanks to their Bull Rush skill and their passive versatility by Mountaineer, Highmountain Tauren is also a good candidate for progression content and Mythic +, but their harm is a little worse.
Night Elf, Worgen, or Kul’Tiran Alliance may be chosen from:
Owing to Touch of Elune, Night Elf has marginally higher damage. Worgen can use Darkflight as a pseudo Sprint, and Shadowmeld can be seen in quite a few Mythic+ scenarios by Night Elf.

Daggers, 1H/2H maces, hand axes, polearms, staves, and off-hands may be used by druids.

In response to their needs, Druids have the power to transform into several shapes. In-combat speed Cat Form , Travel Form / Flight Form for out-of-combat speed and riding, Bear Form for improved agility and armor to improve survival by a large amount, and Moonkin Form for all your skills and additional armor for 10 percent injury.
The game’s best pet is Moonkin Hatchling, hands down. If you are a real fan, call it Lil’ Tettles.
Druids have the unique powers of Dreamwalk or Teleport: Moonglade, which they can use to teleport to specified Druid areas.
The following Legendaries may be fit with Druids: Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa’s Rest, Val’anyr, Hammer of Ancient Kings, Atiesh, Greatstaff of the Guardian, and Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros,

There are also Druid-associated vanity glyphs. Any of these are the Glyph of the Forest Path, , the Mark of the Sentinel, l, and the Mark of the Doe (BIS is the Doe’s Glyph).

Flap is the only vanity power that is ever used in real-world circumstances to negate fall loss in certain situations.
Druid Attributes balance
Single Target Target Switching-The target swapping of Balance is some of the best when Starsurge is able to share money.
Burst Single Target-On Single Target, Celestial Alignment is extremely powerful and Balance Druid has some of the game’s highest single target burst damage.
Long Term Sustained Multi Target-Balance has a high amount of multi-target damage due to the bulk of our multi-target strength being in Starfall, Moonfire, Sunfire, and Starfire with only small fall-off beyond cooldowns.
Bear Form + Barkskin conjunction-While these two cooldowns are not very strong individually, they are some of the toughest in the game when used in conjunction. Bear Shape increases Armor and Endurance by large quantities, and Barkskin decreases damage by 20% on top of that. The downside to this is the considerable lack of damage, but it is offset by tremendous quantities of life.
Power and Utility-In the form of Innervate, Entangling Roots, and Typhoon and the skill line consisting of Mass Entanglement, and Mighty Bash. Druid as a class has a huge amount of utility and control.
Balance Vulnerabilities of Druids
Long Multi-Target Ramp Up Time-The long ramp up time for multi-targets is attributed to the fact that it takes a considerable amount of time to be able to shoot all the mobs at Moonfire. This causes a relatively smaller multi-target burst than many other types. As for the single goal, it takes 10-15 seconds to create the original Astral Power pool itself, making you really slow down from the start.
Lack of talent strength-Moonkin ‘s base kit is currently very strong, while the talents themselves are quite unimpacted from a harm perspective. You lose ~15% of the total damage whenever you take no harm altering skills. This gives very little agency to the Balance Druid player when choosing what to select for the encounter, which causes difficulties , especially when other classes are not balanced this way.
What makes Equilibrium special
Fantasy: Use the force of the Sun and Moon to cause harm from afar on opponents. Balance will call all of your enemies to the stars, or burn your enemies with the Sun’s power.
Resources: For both spells, Equilibrium Druids use Astral Power as their resource. Healing spells also cost Mana, but be vigilant since there is a limited mana pool for Balance Druids than groups of healers.
Mobility: Match Druids for mobility with Wild Charge as well as Dash in Cat Form
AoE Capabilities: Balance Druids have two Moonfire and Sunfire DoTs that do huge multi-target damage when combined with Starfall.
Defensive Abilities: Barkskin on a fast cooldown is a perfect defensive instrument. If Guardian Affinity is taken, 6 percent less harm can also be performed passively by a Balance Druid. Bear Form helps us to expand our wellbeing pool dramatically. Of all classes and specializations, Moonkin Form helps us to get some of the best armor scores.
