Legendary Forces of the Shadowlands

Eight general Legendary Powers are available to all races.

Echo of Eonar: Your spells and abilities have a low chance of summoning a supernatural familiar to your hand, increasing your damage by 10%, healing by 10%, or that damage by 10% for 10 seconds, depending on your position. This effect can be duplicated on up to three allies at 50% effectiveness, with allies in the same position being preferred.
Waist, Hand, and Finger

Judgment of the Arbiter: Dealing damage has a high chance of releasing a burst of divine energy that deals 0 Shadow damage. If another ally with the Arbiter’s Decision is within 5-20 yards of you, the explosion will arc to them as well, doing no Shadow damage to opponents in the arc.
Inspired by the Diablo 3: Arcstone ring,
this slot is for the wrist, hands, and fingers.

Maw Rattle: When you kill an opponent, you have a fair chance of summoning an Explosive Mawrat near the body. The mawrat would explode after 6 seconds, doing 300 Nature damage to all surrounding targets, poisoning them, and reducing their damage done by 5% for 10 seconds.
Legs, Feet, and Hands

Norgannon’s Sagacity: Sagacity is gained when you cast a spell, and it stacks up to ten times. For each stack of Sagacity, you have the power to cast while going for 0.5 seconds.

Stable Phantasma Lure: Phatasma earned is increased by 25%. Taking Phantasma from enemies has the ability to summon a Phantasma Demon, which can bolt in a random direction. Killing it raises the amount of Phatasma earned by 10% for the whole group for 1 minute.
Neck, Wrist, and Back

Third Eye of the Jailer: When you destroy an opponent, you obtain the Third Eye, which raises your Main Stat> by 1% for 10 seconds, piling up to 7 times and extending the length by 1 second for each added stack. When in the Maw, the length of the Third Eye is extended by 50%.
Face, Shoulder, and Waist

Vitality Sacrifice: When you take substantial damage from a player or Elite opponent, the damage and recovery are increased by 3% of the damage received, up to a limit of 9% for 20 seconds. This impact can only happen once every 30 seconds.

Death Knight General Shadowlands’ Ancient Abilities
There are four Legendary Power options available to all Death Knight specs.

Death’s Embrace: Anti-Magic Shell length is increased by 140 percent, and all damage it receives is healed.
Neck and Wrist Slots
Grip of the Everlasting: The cooldown of Death Grip is shortened by 3 seconds, and for 3 seconds after casting it, you will cast it again without concern for the cooldown.

Phearomones: When within your Death and Decay, you and your minions win 8% haste, and enemies weakened by your Death and Decay have a chance to cower in place for 3 seconds.
Frost/Unholy: Once inside your Death and Decay, you and your minions earn 15% haste, and enemies weakened by your Death and Decay have a chance to cower in place for 3 seconds.

Superstrain: Frost Fever, Blood Plague, and Virulent Plague all limit the potency of the other two diseases.

Death Knight of Blood Shadowlands’ Ancient Abilities
Blood Death Knights have four spec-specific Legendary Powers, taking the total amount of Legendary Power choices to eight if you play Blood.

Bryndaor’s Might: If Death Strike heals you for more than 10% of your full health, it returns 15% of the Runic Strength you expended.

Crimson Rune Weapon: The cooldown of Dancing Rune Weapon is shortened by 3 seconds when a charge of Bone Shield is ingested. Additionally, for 10 seconds after Dancing Rune Weapon disappears, the Rune regeneration rate is increased by 40%.

Gorefiend’s Dominatio: Vampiric Blood residual cooldown is shortened by 2 seconds when you use Heart Strike.

Frost Death Knights have four spec-specific Legendary Powers, taking the total amount of Legendary Power choices to eight if you play Frost.

Absolute Zero: Frostwyrm’s Fury has a 50% shorter cooldown which freezes the enemies it hits for 3 seconds.

Biting Cold: The damage dealt by Remorseless Winter is raised by 30%. Rime is gained the first time Remorseless Winter inflicts damage on three different enemies.
Head and Waist are the two slots in which you can put your money.
Azerite Power Frozen Tempest is the original source of this knowledge.

Koltira’s Favor: Obliterate increases damage by 10% and has a 1 in 12 probability of returning 2 runes.

Rage of the Frozen Champion: While Rime is operating, Obliterate has a 15% increased probability of triggering Rime, and Howling Blast generates 8 Runic Power.

Unholy Death Knights have four spec-specific Legendary Powers, taking the total amount of Legendary Power choices to eight if you play Unholy.

Deadliest Coil: Death Coil Runic Power cost is reduced by ten, and Death Coil time of Dark Transformation is increased by one second.

Death’s Certainty : Death Strike and Death Coil do 35 percent more damage and cut Defile or Death and Decay remaining cooldown by 2.0 seconds.

Frenzied Monstrosity: Dark Transformation also improves your and your Monstrosity’s attack speed and damage by 12%.
