The Primal Storms in-game Dragonflight Pre-Patch Event will begin on November 15th. As the Primalists assault Azeroth, expect new missions and global events. The Pre-Patch event involves the following:

In addition, the Uldaman dungeon has been revamped. The new version, Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr, will see players once again venturing into the Titan facility beneath the Badlands.

In an interview around the Dragonflight announcement The following was discussed, but we do not yet know if it will be included in the Pre-Patch Event: We’ll have pre-patch events to find out what’s happening on in Stormwind and Orgrimmar, how the Horde is doing with their new counsel, how the Alliance is doing with Turalyon at the helm, and what’s changed since then.

New Class and Race: Dracthyr Evoker in Dragonflight

If you pre-purchased Dragonflight, you will be able to construct Dracthyr Evokers starting on November 15th, in Phase 2 of the pre-patch.

Evoker is the only Class Dracthyr may be. Because Dracthyr are the only race that can be Evokers, this is the first entirely unique and discrete Class/Race combination. The Evoker is a mid-range, Mail-wearing, Intelligence-based class with two specializations: DPS and heals.

Evoker Class Overview

Dracthyr, like Pandaran, can choose to fight for the Horde or the Alliance, and like Worgen, they have two forms: a human-like Visage Form and a scaly Draconic Form. Evokers, like previous Hero classes, begin at a high level, Level 58, and are limited to one Evoker each realm.

Dracthyr have an incredible number of options when it comes to customizing your character, with a full range of possibilities for both Visage and Draconic forms. Check out our Dressing Room Tool to start planning your Dracthyr:

The Dracthyr introduction experience is completed by a new starting zone, intro tale, and a new species of racial horse, the Vorquin.

New Talent Tree System and Class Changes for Dragonflight

One of Dragonflight’s Systems features is a return to the Talent Tree model. These new Talent Trees are designed to widen and enhance each expertise. Characters will begin with only a few baseline skills and expand from there, selecting from existing baseline abilities, current talents, and new powers and improvements.

Every character will need to fill out two talent trees: one for their Class and one for their Spec. Each character will have 31 points to spend in their Class tree and 30 points to spend in their Spec tree at maximum level, level 70. Furthermore, Talent Tree constructions may be stored and altered on the fly, allowing players to effortlessly modify their Talent Trees for varied content.
