In Plaguefall, Necrolord Covenant Dungeon Buff
Slimes of different forms can be found in the Plaguefall dungeon:
The Gushing Slime passive is involved on Gushing Slime.
Pestilence Slime with Rapid Infection as a passive capacity.
Congealed Slime with the passive Congealed Contagion.
Each of these slimes’ corpses can be used by a Necrolord to steal a nerfed clone of their aura using Fleshcraft!
Gushing Slime of Corrosive Gunk grants the Necrolord a 3-minute aura that grants surrounding allies a 3.5+Haste RPPM AoE proc around their character.
Pestilence Slime of Rapid Infection grants the Necrolord a 3-minute aura that grants local allies 15% haste.
Congealed Contagion from Congealed Slime grants the Necrolord a 3-minute aura that reduces surrounding allies’ damage by 10%.
Plaguefall’s Slime Environment Damage
There’s a lot of plague (aka Slime) around the dungeon in Plaguefall.
You’ll gain a stack of Concentrated Plague any time you walk into the slime.
You’ll get another stack of Concentrated Plague every 3 seconds you sit in the slime after that.
If at all practicable, keep away from the slime!
Plaguefall Globgrog Boss Guide
Tips and Tricks for Globgrog Garbage
You’ll see two ways at the start of the labyrinth, one to the left and one to the right.
The following are some helpful tidbits about the opening location.
A Decaying Flesh Giant is patrolling the forest. Until you engage him, make sure you have ample space because he continuously dumps out Toxic Pool, pushing you to kite!
You’ll find some Hatchling Nests if you take the left direction. Since they continuously summon additional monsters into the battle, these should be your top priority to remove.
The most deadly creatures on the Right Road are the Fungi Stormer, who cast Fungistorm, a high-damage spell that can only be stunned with CC.
Keep an eye out for the Plaguerocs in the centre, no matter which way you go. These are particularly nasty because of their Wing Buffet frontal strength, which knocks any player hit backwards, potentially into more garbage!
After the first segment, you’ll find yourself in a slime-filled section. Second, try to clear the Gushing Slime-infested middle area.
Don’t make so many pulls! If you’re within 10 yards of a Gushing Slime, it will spike AoE harm every second. The more slimes you get, the more dmg you’ll do!
If you have a complete ranged squad, though, your tank might be able to catch them all and kite them.
Gushing Slime begins with the Slime Coated, and is a passive slime. If necessary, delete this passive with Purge or Arcane Torrent. Otherwise, keep an eye out for the lake they left behind as they die.
Once you’ve cleared the slimes, there will be two Plaguebelcher adds to deal with.
Plaguebelcher casts Belch Plague, a cone that can be avoided in a random direction.
They also cast Beckon Slime, which summons Slime Morsels that run towards the Plaguebelcher and cure them if they successfully make contact.
Slimy Morsels are completely vulnerable to Crowd Control!
Plaguefall Globgrog Manager Tactics and Tips
If the field has been cleared, it’s time to face Globgrog, the boss!
During this encounter, players can try to stay as close to the boss as possible.
Globgrog will regularly use Plaguestomp to knock the whole group back and apply Debilitating Plague, a disease that causes dmg over time and slows you down.
He’ll also turn to a random player every now and then and cast Slime Wave, a big cone strike. This is why you want to be near the boss so you can easily avoid him!
Globgrog’s one other skill is the ability to Beckon Slime.
The boss will begin to spawn 4 adds, 3 Slimy Morsels and 1 Slimy Smorgasbord, at different spawn points on the outside of the room, as indicated by green slime trails.
The three Slimy Morsels will spawn on the opposite side of the room from where he is now.
The Slimy Smorgasbord would emerge on the opposite side of the room from where he is now.
If all of these adds hit the boss, he will be healed for 300 percent of the slime’s remaining health.
Make sure these Slimes are gone, or at the very least in ill shape, until they meet the supervisor.
With knockbacks, stuns, and even rough CC, slimes can be fully crowd controlled!
Since the Slimy Smorgasbord has a lot of health, we consider using a long Hard Crowd Control, such as a Monk’s Paralysis, to focus on destroying the three Slimy Morsels.
If you don’t have any rough CC, destroy the three Slimy Morsels first because they fly the fastest, and have your tank kite the Slimy Smorgasbord.
You must also be conscious of his other powers, Plaguestomp and Slime Wave, when destroying Slimes.
Notable Doctor Ickus Trash Tips and Tricks in Plaguefall Doctor Ickus Boss Guide
There are several neutral Unstable Canister lying around the field between Globgrog and Doctor Ickus. Players can destroy these because they only have a limited amount of health.
When an Unstable Canister hits 0 health, it can cast Violent Detonation. for 5 seconds.
Violent Detonation inflicts damage to all enemies and allies in the area of impact, inflicting a large amount of damage and causing a long-lasting DoT.
To help destroy mobs quicker, the Tank can aim to place them within Violent Detonation.
Violent Detonation will only reach a maximum of 5 targets.
There are many Trash mobs in this first place, but these are the most important points to remember.
In this place, disease dispels are a big plus! The majority of debuffs in this area are fatal.
The Blighted Spinebreaker Festering Belch should be stopped. It’s a frontal cone that crashes into you!
When the Blighted Spinebreaker dies, a cloud of tiny oozes will emerge. Destroy them before Metamorphosis is cast!
Stepping on the oozes will immediately destroy them, but you will suffer some injury.
The Rotmarrow Slime, which spams Corrosive Gunk that can be disrupted, is also a threat. This will cast a nasty DoT on all players in melee range each time it casts.
There are a few things you should know once you enter the slime-filled field.
This is a challenge! At the end, the boss will summon Rigged Plagueborer that will strike you.
Like the Unstable Canister, these Rigged Plagueborer have an explosive strapped to their backs that will explode when the timer runs out. This is also effective against opponents!
Slime Tentacles are hidden under the slime and will not come out or aggro until anyone comes too near.
If you search for ripples in the slime, you will see where these tentacles are.
To finish the Gauntlet, kill Virulax Blightweaver at the end.
You’ll reach the second boss area after completing the Gauntlet. All three trash packs in this area must be cleared.
After you beat the first trash bag, however, the boss will begin patrolling between platforms!
To stop the patrolling leader, you’ll either want to drag all the garbage to the starting platform or to a corner of the platform it’s on.
The litter in this field is the same as in previous pages, with the exception of a red slime called the Pestilence Slime.
It’ll attempt to cast Viral Globs in a circle, causing dpmto the team, but when it dies, it’ll drop a red puddle that deals damage but grants 25% haste to everyone who stands inside!
Tips and Strategy for Doctor Ickus Boss in Plaguefall
At 66 percent and 33 percent, Doctor Ickus has two intermission stages.
He’ll leap to a new board and summon three adds at these percentages.
Before it casts Virulent Explosion, all DPS can concentrate on the Plague Bomb and destroy it.
Due to the Congealed Contagion passive on one of the slimes, the Tank could tank the other two mobs and Doctor Ickus away from the Plague Bomb.
Focus the Congealed Slime to destroy the damage mitigation aura until the Plague Bomb is dead.
Doctor Ickus doesn’t do much during the normal periods.
Slime Injection should be dispelled as quickly as possible by the Healer.
This will summon an ooze, which must be killed or stepped on.
Slime Lunge is his only other skill, which involves leaping to a position that deals damage on impact and in an X shape.
One of the X’s prongs would be pointing in the direction that Doctor Ickus ran.
You’ll have to recall to draw the X in your mind to stop this X pattern so it won’t be telegraphed.
Boss Guide for Domina Venomblade in Plaguefall
Noteworthy Trash Tips and Tricks for Domina Venomblade
It’s time for another big field full of slime and secret tentacles after Doctor Ickus.
Take it easy in this area. Be sure that each member of your party just pulls one tentacle at a time.
This section contains several monsters from earlier in the dungeon.
In this place, there are a few new creatures. The below are the highlights:
Bulwark of Maldraxxus is used by the Defender of Many Eyes to reduce the damage taken by all (including players) in the shield. If at all practicable, stun or displace this cast.
Due to the poison frontal cone, tanks could point the Venomous Sniper away from the party. Venompiercer is a venomous creature.
Before Domina Venomblade, the Brood Ambushers will be the last new enemy.
These can root any nearby player with Enveloping Webbing, but they will not do any dmg. Due to the fact that this is a root rather than a stun, melee players will simply remain in and continue DPSing.
The more lethal spell is Stealthlings, which summons a horde of stealthy Stealthling monsters.
They will begin casting Ambush after spawning, which takes 10 seconds.
They can jump on a player and deal high AoE dmg on top of them if they are successful.
This can potentially destroy a player due to the large number of Stealthling adds.
Players can start AoEing Stealthling adds as soon as they spawn, before they have a chance to jump!
To deter their cast, they can be stunned!
Boss Tips and Strategy for Domina Venomblade in Plaguefall
Solitary Prey is the core mechanic of the Domina Venomblade experience. Stack underneath the boss during this fight!
Solitary Prey can be applied on any player who is not within 6 yards of another player.
If this player has not returned within range of another player after 10 seconds, they will become web wrapped.
Domina will use Shadow Ambush to mark players on a daily basis.
To stop stunning the squad, this player can sprint out of the group and then back in when the debuff is about to expire.
Brood Assassins are the final mechanic that players will have to deal with.
Domina Venomblade will summon four stealthed Brood Assassins, but they will be surrounded by Shroudweb.
To uncover the Brood Assassins, players must run through the Shroudweb heart.
You must act immediately for the longer the Brood Assassins remain concealed, the more Assassinate stacks will be added to the group!
The Brood Assassins do nothing but melee the tank until they’ve been exposed.
Stradama, Margrave Plaguefall Boss Guide
Noteworthy Trash Tips and Tricks from Margrave Stradama
There are just a few garbage pulls left after Domina Venomblade! Then there are the Plaguebound Devoted.
Tanks should keep an eye out for these Plaguebound Devoted, who walk slowly but melee really hard, so keep an eye out and kite if necessary.
Any of these Plaguebound Devoted have the Oozing Carcass buff, which means they bear fewer AoE damage and can be targeted by players.
When you enter the final room, you’ll encounter three classes of Plaguebound Devoted as well as Ickor Bileflesh, a miniboss.
Since the Plaguebound Devoted groups aren’t related, pulling Ickor Bileflesh would immediately aggro the party he’s in.
Ickor Bileflesh will sometimes Ghost Step to the next party of Plaguebound Devoted and aggro them.
Concentrate on taking out the Plaguebound Devoted in an AoE before the next pack is aggroed!
Boss Tips and Strategy for Margrave Stradama in Plaguefall
Margrave Stradama will spawn until all of the trash in this final room has been vanquished!
Plague Crash is the encounter’s most important mechanic.
This summons a mass of tentacles in the arena’s middle that remain for a few moments before crashing into the earth.
Before smashing, tentacles still live for the same length of time and transform a distinct hue of green.
If there are several tentacles up, this will help you decide where to stand. The first tentacle up will smash first!
Furthermore, standing in the slime’s middle field will apply a crazy hard hitting DoT on you. Don’t go into the pool in the middle!
The standard step of Margrave Stradama has one main mechanic: she can summon a Malignant Spawn somewhere within the circle.
Touch of Slime would be cast, inflicting dmg to everyone within the green circle on the surface.
To prevent raid-wide destruction, the Tank should stay within this circle.
Whenever a Malignant Spawn is spawned, a cloud of tentacles appears and casts Plague Crash, with the only protected room facing the Malignant Spawn.
To avoid Plague Crash, all players can switch to the side of the arena where the Malignant Spawn is.
Infectious Rain, which deals partywide AoE damage and stacks a DoT Illness, is the only other skill she casts in the normal process. To mitigate damage, this must be healed through and dispelled if necessary.
Phase of Intermission
Margrave Stradama would vanish under the slime at 66 percent and 33 percent, making him untargetable.
Several Plaguebound Devoted will spawn on the arena’s outskirts, and the Tank can begin gathering them.
DPS should keep an eye on Hazard, since they spawn far apart.
This is made more complicated by the fact that the boss can summon a pattern of Plague Crash in an effort to destroy you.
You should dodge one of three patterns, each of which consists of ten tentacle slams.
5 tentacles slam at the same time, with holes in between, and the remaining 5 tentacles slam at the same time.
The first tentacle slams, then the other nine tentacles all slam at the same time.
The tentacles will spawn one by one and slam in a circular shape. This is a fast pattern, and subsequent tentacles need not wait for the previous one to finish.
The Last Stage
Margrave Stradama can no longer summon Malignant Spawn in the final process.
Instead, she’ll summon one of the three Plague Crash trends on a daily basis, which you’ll have to stop!
In the final phase, she’ll also summon new waves of Plaguebound Devoted.
