Shadowmoon Valley’s Smith Gorlunk
Smith should be killed for Primed Key Mold Allow the first quest in the series, either Entry Into the Citadel or Entry Into the Citadel, from Gorlunk’s corpse, then accept the first quest in the chain, either Entry Into the Citadel or Entry Into the Citadel, depending on the faction. Kill a Fel Reaver
Using the body of a Fel Reaver to transform Unfired Key Mold into harred Key Mold. Shattered Halls Key can be obtained by returning the Charred Key Mold to either Dumphry or Rohok.
