What Is the Koroboost Wallet?
The Koroboost Wallet is a prepaid balance system that lets you deposit funds into your account and use them to pay for any service on koroboost.com. It works like a digital wallet tied to your Koroboost account.
Funds deposited into your wallet never expire and can be used across all games and services we offer, including World of Warcraft, Diablo IV, and any future titles.
How to Add Funds
You can deposit funds into your Koroboost Wallet from your Account Wallet page. We support two payment methods:
Credit or Debit Card (Stripe)
Pay instantly with Visa, Mastercard, or any major card. Your card is charged at the time of deposit and the funds appear in your wallet immediately. All card transactions are processed securely through Stripe.
PayPal
You can also deposit via PayPal. After initiating the deposit, you will be redirected to PayPal to authorize the payment. Once the payment is confirmed, your wallet is credited automatically.

Deposit Bonuses
From time to time, Koroboost may offer bonus promotions on wallet deposits. When a promotion is active, you receive additional bonus funds on top of your deposit amount. For example, a 10% bonus on a $50 deposit would credit $55 to your wallet.
Bonus funds are added to your wallet balance at the time of deposit confirmation and can be used just like regular funds. Active promotions are displayed on the wallet deposit page when available.
How Wallet Payments Work at Checkout
When you add a service to your cart, the system automatically checks your wallet balance. If you have sufficient funds in the matching currency (USD or EUR), you can choose to pay with your wallet during checkout.
Balance Reservation (Hold)
When you proceed to checkout with wallet payment, the required amount is temporarily reserved (held) from your available balance. This ensures the funds are set aside for your order.
- The held amount is deducted from your available balance immediately
- If you remove the item from your cart or the cart expires, the hold is automatically released and the funds return to your available balance
- Once the order is placed and confirmed, the hold is converted into a final payment

Multi-Currency Support
The Koroboost Wallet supports USD and EUR balances independently. Each currency has its own balance, and you can deposit in either currency at any time.
When paying for a service, the wallet uses the balance that matches the order currency. For example, if you are checking out in EUR, only your EUR wallet balance is used.
Transaction History
Every wallet transaction is recorded and visible in your account. You can view:
- Deposits — funds added to your wallet
- Payments — funds used for orders
- Holds — amounts temporarily reserved for active carts
- Bonuses — promotional funds credited to your account
- Adjustments — manual balance corrections by our support team
Frequently Asked Questions
Do wallet funds expire?
No. Funds deposited into your Koroboost Wallet do not expire. Your balance remains available until you use it.
Can I get a refund on my wallet deposit?
Wallet deposits are generally non-refundable. If you believe a deposit was made in error, please contact our support team at support@koroboost.com and we will review your case individually.
Is there a fee for depositing?
No. Koroboost does not charge any fees for wallet deposits. The full amount you pay is credited to your wallet (plus any active bonus, if applicable).
Can I use wallet funds together with another payment method?
Currently, wallet payment covers the full order amount. Partial wallet payments combined with other methods are not supported at this time.
What happens if my order is cancelled?
If an order paid with wallet funds is cancelled, the funds are returned to your wallet balance. Our support team handles cancellations and refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Can I transfer wallet funds to another account?
No. Wallet balances are tied to your Koroboost account and cannot be transferred to other users.
How do I check my wallet balance?
Log in to your Koroboost account and visit the Wallet page. Your current balance, held amounts, and recent transactions are all displayed there.
Security
All wallet deposits are processed through industry-standard payment providers (Stripe and PayPal). We do not store your payment card details on our servers. Every deposit and transaction is logged and can be reviewed in your account history.

- Wallet funds can only be used to purchase services on koroboost.com

- Abuse of the wallet system (including fraudulent deposits or chargebacks) may result in account suspension
