The Second and Third Fragments
The Second Key Fragment may be obtained from an Arcane Container inside Coilfang Reservoir, and the Third Key Fragment can be obtained from an Arcane Container inside Tempest Keep. After completing this mission, return to Khadgar in Shattrath City.
